Voice AI Policy & Call Recording Disclosure

This document is intended to support operational transparency and website compliance. It should be reviewed by legal counsel before reliance.

1. Purpose

This Voice AI Policy explains how MetAiBlock uses AI-assisted voice technologies, automated telephone systems, and human-assisted calling to communicate with customers, prospects, and other authorized parties.

2. Scope

This policy applies to AI receptionists, AI voice agents, outbound AI calls, inbound AI calls, appointment scheduling, customer support, sales inquiries, call transfers, and call recording disclosures.

3. AI Voice Disclosure

When appropriate, callers will be informed they may be communicating with an AI-assisted system. AI is used to improve responsiveness, collect basic information, answer common questions, schedule appointments, and route callers efficiently.

4. Outbound Calls

AI-assisted outbound calls may be placed for requested callbacks, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer support follow-up, service notifications, lead follow-up where appropriate consent has been obtained, and marketing communications where legally permitted and consent has been obtained when required. MetAiBlock does not intentionally use AI voice systems to mislead callers regarding the identity of the caller.

5. Inbound Calls

AI voice agents may answer incoming calls, authenticate basic information, provide general information, schedule appointments, route callers to the appropriate representative, and escalate to a human representative where appropriate.

6. Human Escalation

Where reasonably available, callers may request to speak with a human representative. Some requests may require human review before completion.

7. Call Recording

Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, customer service improvement, training, security, compliance, and documentation of requested services. Where required by applicable law, callers will be notified before recording begins. If a caller declines recording, MetAiBlock will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative where feasible and permitted by law.

8. Information Collected During Calls

Information collected may include caller name, telephone number, company, call metadata, appointment information, voice interactions, call recordings (where applicable), and AI-generated summaries or transcripts. Information is processed in accordance with the MetAiBlock Privacy Policy.

9. Appropriate Use

AI voice systems are designed to assist communications and operational efficiency. They are not intended to provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated periodically. Updated versions will be published with a revised effective date.
